How to Request Account Deletion

Account deletion is permanent and may remove access to saved results, performance history and other account-based features.
Information That May Be Retained
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Security and fraud prevention
• Investigation of misuse
• Resolving disputes
• Enforcing applicable agreements
• Maintaining essential system records
Only information required for the applicable legitimate purpose will be retained. Retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Secure backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten or expire through our normal backup-retention process.
Deletion Processing Time
Verified account-deletion requests will normally be completed within 30 days.
We will contact you if additional verification is required or if a legally permitted reason affects the processing period.
What Happens After Account Deletion
After your account has been deleted:
• You will no longer be able to sign in using the deleted account.
• Your saved test results and account history may no longer be available.
• Deleted information may not be recoverable.
• Active authentication tokens associated with your account will be invalidated.
• You must create a new account if you later want to use account-based features again.
Delete Specific Data Without Deleting the Account
You may request correction or deletion of specific eligible personal information without deleting your complete Daily GK Quiz account.
