How to Request Account Deletion
To request permanent deletion of your Railway Exam Quiz account:
1. Send an email to [support@mockrace.com](mailto:support@mockrace.com).
2. Use the subject:
Account Deletion Request – Railway Exam Quiz
3. Send the request from the email address registered with your Railway Exam Quiz account whenever possible.
4. Include your registered name, email address or mobile number so that we can identify the correct account.
5. We may contact you to verify that the request was submitted by the account owner.
Users do not need to reinstall the application, purchase anything or create another account to request deletion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
After verification, we will delete or permanently anonymise eligible account-linked data, including:
• Railway Exam Quiz user account
• Name
• Registered email address
• Registered mobile number
• Authentication information and active access tokens
• Quiz attempts and selected answers
• Saved test results
• Rank and percentile information linked to the account
• Practice and Exam Mode attempt history
• User-specific preferences stored on our servers
• Other personal information that is no longer required to provide the service
Account deletion is permanent and may remove access to saved results and other account-based features.
Data That May Be Retained
Limited information may be retained when necessary for:
• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Security and fraud prevention
• Resolving disputes
• Enforcing applicable agreements
• Maintaining essential system records
Only information necessary for the applicable purpose will be retained. It will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Deletion Time
Verified account-deletion requests will normally be completed within 30 days.
Secure backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten or expire under the normal backup-retention process.
After Account Deletion
After deletion:
• You will no longer be able to sign in with the deleted account.
• Saved results and account history may no longer be available.
• Deleted information may not be recoverable.
• You will need to create a new account to use account-based features again.
Delete Specific Data Without Deleting the Account
To request deletion or correction of specific eligible personal information without deleting the complete account, email [support@mockrace.com](mailto:support@mockrace.com) and clearly identify the information concerned.
