How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data:
- Send an email to support@mockrace.com.
- Use the subject: Account Deletion Request – MockRace Digital.
- Send the request from the email address registered with your MockRace Digital account whenever possible.
- Include your registered name, email address, or mobile number so we can identify the correct account.
- We may contact you to verify that the deletion request was made by the account owner.
After verification, we will process the account deletion request.
You do not need to reinstall the app or purchase a subscription to request account deletion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or permanently anonymize personal data associated with the account where applicable, including:

- Registered mobile number
- Business/profile details provided for banner creation
- User-specific banner customization information
