Users of the Festival Poster Maker app provided by MockRace Digital can request deletion of their account and associated personal data using the process below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Festival Poster Maker account:

  1. Send an email to support@mockrace.com.
  2. Use the subject “Festival Poster Maker – Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Preferably send the request from the email address registered with your Festival Poster Maker account.
  4. Include your registered name, email address and/or mobile number so that MockRace Digital can identify your account.
  5. We may contact you to verify that the deletion request was submitted by the account owner.

There is no fee for requesting account deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

After verification, MockRace Digital will delete or permanently anonymize applicable personal data associated with your Festival Poster Maker account, including:

  • Name and profile information
  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile number
  • Business/profile details provided for banner creation
  • Account authentication information
  • Active login/session tokens
  • User-specific information associated with the account that is no longer required

Account deletion is permanent and deleted account information may not be recoverable.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where necessary for:

  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Accounting or taxation requirements
  • Payment and transaction records
  • Fraud prevention and security
  • Dispute resolution

Such information will only be retained for as long as necessary or required under applicable law.

Deletion Processing Time

Verified account deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days.

Some information may temporarily remain in secure backups until those backups are overwritten or expire according to our backup-retention process.

Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

Festival Poster Maker users may also request deletion or correction of eligible personal information without deleting their entire account.

Send the request to support@mockrace.com and specify the information you would like deleted or corrected.
